Q: Tell me a little about Isaac’s, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
Isaac’s is a New York style deli with great soups, salads, and sandwiches. All of their unique selections are named after birds and their atmosphere is casual and fun.

Q: Do you have a lounge?
We don’t, but a small neighborhood bar is only a mile away and they serve great wings too!

Q: What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.

Q: Can I check-in early?
If you arrive prior to our check-in time of 3:00pm and a clean room is available, we will be happy to check you in immediately. If an early check-in is preferred, please call the hotel to request the early check-in the morning of your arrival date to see if a room is available. We will do our best to meet your request.

Q: Are you right off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike?
Our hotel is two minutes from Old Exit 17 / New Exit 236 of the PA Turnpike. After exiting the turnpike follow signs for Route 15 north. Immediately take the first exit on Route 15 for Rossmoyne Business Center (you will see the hotel on your right). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp and continue to the hotel on your right.

Q: Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
No, but we can provide you with taxi, rental car, or limousine information.

Q: Do you offer connecting rooms?
Yes, based upon availability. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee connecting rooms due to the changes to guest check-out patterns.

Q: Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do allow pets in our smoking rooms only.

Q: Do you have refrigerators and microwaves in your guestrooms?
Yes, all guestrooms include microwaves and refrigerators.

Q: Do you have Jacuzzi rooms?
We do have a whirlpool spa in our fitness area, however, Jacuzzi rooms are not available. We also offer an outdoor heated pool.
